Original article written by Pablo Perez posted 3 weeks 4 days ago

On the first day of week 6, the exciting "Prisitine Snow Stakes" over All Weather surface will take place in Colorado at The Moritz racetrack, where five outstanding thoroughbreds and proven winners will compete over 1 ½ miles for victory and the chance to add $100,000 to their already excellent earnings. Following, we will review the top 5 horses with the best chances to win this race:

As the top favorite, we have Agnilius– Winner of the Y65-All Weather Champion as a three years old. He is a 5 years old chestnut horse bred and owned by Katie Stepanian, with $1,505,000 in earnings. She is by Avacas (by Makahiki) and out of Ziagila (by Franzia). He began this year with a disappointing three place in the $2,000,000 Grade 1 Pegasus Route, won by the Spain base horse Wandering Star. This poor start to the season has been a continuation of the previous one, where he could only win one out of the six races he participated in. Excluding this, he also has one maiden win, one Grade 2 win and other five Grade 1 wins. A sensational race record that he is waiting to improve for this race and return to the path of victory.

The next favorite to win this race is Positive Thinking – 4 years old California native horse, owned and bred by Laura Ferguson, with $554,500 in earnings. He is by Positive Vibes (by Avacas) and out of Admire my Tolerance (by Franzia). He's eager to secure his first Grade 1 victory of this year after a disappointing fifth place in the $2,000,000 “Pegasus Route”, where our favorite for this race finished third. He had under her belt one maiden win, one Grade 2 win along with two Grade 1 wins, making a record of 4-1-0 for 10 starts.

Horn of Plenty is our third best horse for this race, with $292,000 in earnings. This grey 4 years old colt by Avacas (he has a lot of tremendous progeny by the way) and out of Money Well Spent (by Benjamin) is owned and bred by Kent Saunders in Illinois. Her most relevant victory came in the $75,000 “Chicagoland Derby”, which win by a 1 length over the gelding Vent Me. She has maiden and allowance wins along the before named Stakes win, so he is expected to secure his first Grade 1 win in this race, something he had close in the $250,000 Grade 1 “All Weather Futurity” as a 2 years old, taking home a third place.

Sitting at our fourth position is grey 5 years old horse Jugement, Illinois bred and owned by Christophe Desjardin, with $269,590 in earnings. He is by Avacas and out of Soound Of the Storm. His best finishing position was in the $150,000 Grade 2 “Aspen Mountain Stakes” this year, winning the race by 1 ¼ lengths over the Canadian horse The Great Kovacs. He also had one allowance win and another two listed stakes wins, so as Horn of Plenty, he is expected to secure his first Grade 1 win in this race, something he had close in the $1,000,000 Grade 1 “All Weather Derby” as a 2 years old, taking home a fourth place.

The fifth participant who will run in this race is Ale Vibes (CAN), 4 years old chestnut colt bred and owned by Willie Carson with a 3-3-2 record of 11 races.

With all say about this amazing participants it is up to each jockey and their skill during moments of tension to lead one lucky winner to victory, whom we do not doubt is the best.

Good luck to all participants and may the best win, we will see you at the racetrack!!
